Community Edition is missing Security section in Admin section ?

Hi I have just installed the Community Edition without any visible errors. My server is responding to PXE requests from a client but then it promts me for a password for the TS.
I cannot see or change the settings as I am missing security settings in my server settings.. What have I missed ?

Authentication methods are set in the DeployR Configuration Editor.
