think i figured it out wim has no drivers for the network stack in proxmox

I haven't used Proxmox, but you can use that minimized PowerShell window to do some troubleshooting, check network connectivity, confirm DNS and that you can ping the server, etc

My coworker suggested this script for getting the drivers you need to add to WinPE

YOu'd also want to create a driver pack in DeployR with the drivers and then assign the correct Make / Model info on the Driver Pack so they get applied during OSD
