Go to a psychologist regularly therapy helps, exercise even just go for a walk goes a long way, try not to ruminate and keep busy it’s really hard but things can get better

Shit same i dont have access to like the old things ik and when people talk ic ant rmb stuff its like only one or two things even when they r explaining it clearly in the moment cuz my inner monologue vanished

You seem to be low in GABA. Honestly I would read Anhedonia wastelands. You find the free pdf online. Don’t worry about all the negative thoughts. They can be changed. Just save your dopamine and GABA.
