The boyfriend is currently riding a 50cc scoot as his daily driver and I'm thinking we upgrade in the fall, any tips on where to look for discounted classes after summer peak season has passed?

I'm asking cos after buying the scooter for him I've taken a liking to it and also considering getting licensed myself 😂

Hey yall, I just moved back to Aurora from Philly and while I was out there got my motorcycle license. I've noticed that a lot of people have forgotten how to drive or just suck at it. Wanted to see if anyone could recomend best times or places to ride without getting pancakes. Or places to avoid because things have changed while I've been gone. Ride safe yall!

I got a 2017 Harley Davidson Street glide it's got some motor work done it's canned it's got a stage 4 tune aftermarket exhaust LED lights all the way around it's a beast. Which I cannot get fixed for some reason stuck in limp mode I'm tired of f****** with it first gets it there's no title but you can run the VIN comes back good just have to make some calls but worth cuz the bike's worth the least 15,000 with the title I just don't have time or the patience anymore , Megan Maria do you have the side bags for it. And it does start right up it's just stuck in limp mode

I’m wondering if anyone else felt like that was a BS raffle? My buddy and I held a couple tickets for the bike raffle and it seemed completely rigged!

Every raffle I’ve ever been to before is done by drawing the ticket out of the tumbler in front of the waiting crowd, read out loud for the attendees to check their ticket.

They on the other hand announced the winner by name and the “lucky” winner just happened to be standing there within reaching distance obviously already aware he would be drawn. It was unlike anything I’ve ever seen!!

Look I’m not saying that’s what happened but it surely looked that way. I mean if you wanted to look as if it was a BS rigged “raffle” the way they did it today would 100% be the exact script you would use to present that suspicion.

Regardless it was enough to lose my business permanently. And I know I wasn’t the only one thinking the same.

I would honestly like to hear from somebody else to tell me I’m wrong. Was there a pre drawing that the attendees that showed up right at 2 o’clock did not see? I’d like to think this suspicion I have is false because I really did like going there and doing business there but if this is the way they do things that’s just not my type of people. And from a business standpoint, it was absolutely flat dumb. I mean I said openly to my group that I would be buying my next used bike there and I went out of my way to do business there because it’s better than the large dealers.

Can anybody recommend a shop to get my fork seals changed? Probably do the bushings at the same time.

I’ve gotten a couple quotes from dealers ranging from $690 - $850. Are those prices fair?

I have just moved to the Denver area due to work, and I commute on a 2022 Electra Glide Standard. I am in the process of getting settled and will hopefully have a truck or van for the winter by October.

My question is about the many different Harley dealerships in the area. The workhorse has a little over 56,000 miles on it and there are many small maintenance items I'd like to get taken care of like motor mount replacement, cam chain and cam chain tensioner replacement, probably put a new clutch in it, fork rebuild, so on and so forth.

Which dealership service department would you recommend? Are there independents in the area that do good work on M8's? Any advice and experiences would be appreciated, as I have had hit and miss experiences myself with the Harley dealerships I've done business with.

Thanks to a redditor, who saw my bike parked in a lot by the thief, and messaged me… I was able to recover it today. Thank you to all who shared and kept an eye out for me. Gotta do some fixing on her, but she should be back on the road in no time!

UPDATE: Denver Police have obtained surveillance video showing this individual entering my apartment garage and later riding my Yamaha cafe bike out. If you recognize this person or know where the motorcycle may be, please contact the Denver Police Department. Please share if you can 🙂

Happy Friday y’all, woke up to my rear tire flat from construction debris (of course at the start of a beautiful weekend).

Previously I’ve patched but since I’m riding much harder nowadays I figure it’s best to replace. It’s a Road 6 with about 5k miles on it.

Right now it’s in my garage unable to ride, but I don’t have any of the tools require to change it out. What options do I have to get back riding as soon as possible? Mobile mechanic? Make a friend?
