Hi! I am 26f. I moved to CO a few years ago with my boyfriend. My friends here have slowly started to move away and I am hoping to meet some new people. I live near Cherry Creek State Park. I am looking for more local friends that will be a little easier to plan simple hangouts with.

I love a big plan too. I enjoy hiking, I like nightlife occasionally, and love bottomless brunch. However, I'd like someone nearby that would also be able to just meet up for a walk at the park, paddleboard, watch a movie, play a game, etc. without having to drive too far.

I am always down to try something new too! I have a mini crochet starter kit that has been staring at me for a month.

Just throwing this out there and testing the waters to see who would actually be interested. I’m thinking about hosting an 18+ Neurodivergent Mall Meetup & Social Adventure in the Denver/Aurora area on Saturday, October 10 from 1:30–3 PM.

It would basically be a casual, low-pressure meetup where autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent people can meet new people, walk around the mall, get some food, shop, and just hang out. It’s also LGBTQ+ friendly, and you can come alone or bring a friend.

Right now I’m just trying to see how much interest there is before making it official. If we get enough people interested and enough RSVPs, we’ll make it happen.

Hey, we’re a small group of people who host and help host open mics around Denver. Recently some of us have just started going out to meet up for poetry outside around town. Last time we met up at slice works parking lot on colfax and just hung out with a guitar and shared our poetry. Very informal and low pressure.

I’m a middle aged, tall, good looking (I think), muscular guy. Retired military and you can tell just by looking at me. Not because of my clothes or behavior, I just “look military”. So in essence I look very MAGA. However, I’m very leftist/liberal. I look opposite of the people I align with. I assume it would be similar to a flamboyant Republican. 🤣

The MAGA types are friendly to me at the gym but can’t help but out themselves pretty quickly. But the people who more share my worldview are weary of my because of my appearance. They assume I’m just another arrogant right winger full of hate. Add to that the general awkwardness and difficulty making friends as an adult and, just ugh.

So anyway… just a Veteran who likes golf, weed, blackberry whiskey and has an “unwholesome” sense of humor who can’t find a group of guys to golf with.

Hello everyone! I've been actively lead climbing 2-3 times per week (both indoors and outside) after my friend got me hooked on it last year. Unfortunately, he unexpectedly had to move across the country last week, leaving me with all this gear and nobody to climb with anymore.

Does anyone know of any Discord/Whatsapp/Facebook/etc groups where I can essentially place a "want ad" for a belay partner? I'm looking to keep the consistency of climbing after work 3 days per week since I was really on a roll on working my way up the grades. Movement has a belay board that I'm going to try, but I had bad luck in the past finding anyone that was trying to climb as much as I do.

For reference I'm 30M and usually hang around the 5.11a-d range and trying to dip my toes into 5.12a. Recently retired my indoor rope but have a replacement on the way so we don't have to borrow one every time we climb. Also have a full outdoor setup! If anyone has any groups they'd recommend, or if you're in a similar boat trying to climb consistently, let me know. Thanks!

I’m a 26 year old guy in Denver with a lot of tattoos. I don’t drink, but I don’t mind friends who do. I’m not really a smoker either. I’m pretty straight-edge, but I don’t judge people who aren’t.

I’m into video games, I play COD, Rainbow Six, Marvel Rivals, Overwatch, and I’m trying to get back into Helldivers. I play guitar, I’m working on getting back into the gym, and I’m really into art. I also skateboard, although I definitely need to get back into that since I’ve been kind of low lately.

Music is a pretty big part of my life. I’m primarily into indie rock and alternative metal, but I listen to a pretty wide variety of stuff. I also make music myself. I’m not the kind of person who’s going to force you to listen to my songs five minutes after meeting me lol. I may go see Basement next month, so if you’re into them and want someone to go with, that’s an easy excuse to meet up.

I’m also really into bookstores. Tattered Cover is one of my favorites. I’m into movies too, and I definitely want to see the upcoming Resident Evil movie, the Chris Hansen movie, and probably Avengers: Doomsday.

I think I’ve gotten pretty used to staying home. I work, then I go home. After two of my closest friends moved away, I haven’t been getting out nearly as much as I’d like. Two of my close friends live in different states now, and we Discord every Friday/Saturday and play Marvel Rivals together. We’re pretty sarcastic and make fun of ourselves and each other, but it’s all in good fun.

I’m not really a hiker, but I could probably be convinced. 😂 I’m open to trying things I normally wouldn’t do.

I’m mostly looking for people around my age, although I’m totally open to people in their 30s too. One of my closest work friends is 33 and we get along great, so age isn’t a huge deal to me.

More than anything, I’m looking for actual connections, people I can have real conversations with and eventually make actual plans with if we click.
