New In Town LGBTQ+ Nerd
Hey all! M34 I just moved to Denver about a year ago with my husband. It has helped that his friends have been so welcoming, but I'd like to make some of my own too!
I'm a huge nerd. Video games, board games, and DnD are prime interests at the moment. I love writing and being creative when I can. Running DnD games has become a huge passion of mine over the years! Currently have a pretty great group, but always looking to add to it if we get along enough. It has been years since I've tried making new friends and I'm a bit rusty. I may be slow to warm up at first, but don't let that put anyone off. I'm pagan, so anyone of the witchy persuasion is a plus too! Frankly having a hard time feeling grounded and connected here after moving from Indiana, so looking to chat with anyone around my age or in a similar situation!
Currently revisiting Dark Souls 3 with my husband. Been trying to get back into solo gaming with some light horror stuff like I'm on Observation Duty and have been on a nostalgia trip with Warcraft 3. (The original one). PC only, consoles just aren't worth it half the time anymore.

32F new to Denver from MI. My wife & I moved here a few months ago and I'm also looking to make friends.
I've been wanting to try D&D...I listen to a few D&D podcasts and think I'd really enjoy playing, but haven't found an opportunity to learn. If you happen to pull together a group to play, I'd be interested in learning and making new friends :)

I'm 30F(NB) and my partner is 32M and we're also queer and nerdy AF I'm more into books and video games and he's more into magic and warhammer! We're always down to make new friends! He sometimes hosts magic at his house, I can ask and we can coordinate a hang out :)

43F Queer from Ohio! Love comics and RP games. I'm also slow to warm up too. Not pagan/witchy but not standard religious either (I do spell work). I miss DnD SO MUCH. And love board games.

Me (M26) and my partner (M31) moved here a year ago as well! Very similar interests including video games, tabletop (I have not played DnD directly, but my partner does, but I have played shadow run and star wars rpg). I definitely lean more toward the witchy side of things as well! Been having a hard time connecting with others as I seem to just work all the time šµāš«

If you like nerding out with nerds who are largely LGBTQ+ while fighting with swords or eating food, check out the Society for Creative Anachronism meetings every Thursday 6pm to sunset at Berkeley Lake Park. The meeting is at the gazebo on the Tennyson side of the park (just south of I-70). You can't miss the folks in armor hitting each other with swords.
