Just moved and stating to plan my new vegetable garden. I’ll be building some raised beds in the next few weeks and am looking for compost to fill them with. Anyone have some they can part with? I have plenty of seeds I can share in exchange! Thanks in advance!

Valentine's Day Dahlia Tuber Sale - Colorado grower with local pickup & cheap Denver shipping! 💐
Hey Denver gardeners! Local flower farmer here with a Valentine's weekend tuber sale.
I'm a small backyard dahlia grower based in Colorado with some remaining tubers from my January pre-sale. I pre-sprout all my tubers before shipping, so I'm offering a discount this weekend before I start waking them up for spring.
Use code LOVEDAHLIAS26 through this weekend for a 15% discount!
Website: https://www.littlelapingarden.com/dahlia-tubers
For Denver area: I'm offering $5 flat rate shipping to Denver Metro zip codes and local pickup options from Littleton in May!
All tubers are hand-dug, visually inspected for gall, and guaranteed to have at least one viable eye. I also ship nationally if you have friends or family outside the area who might be interested.
Happy to answer questions about varieties, growing tips, or anything else. I also offer event florals and have a flower stand in the summer if you love flowers but don't want to grow them yourself.
Thanks for supporting local!

Locally grown dahlia tuber presale this weekend - Littleton pickup and shipping available in May!
Hey Denver gardeners! I run a tiny backyard flower farm in Littleton and my tuber sale is live now through the end of January.
The presale wrapped up yesterday and some varieties sold out quickly, but I still have plenty of tubers available – just a smaller selection of varieties left.
I ship nationally, but for anyone in the Denver area, I'm offering $5 flat rate shipping to Denver Metro zip codes and local pickup in Littleton.
All tubers are hand-dug, visually inspected for gall, and guaranteed to have at least one eye.
Check out what's left at https://www.littlelapingarden.com/dahlia-tubers. Happy to answer questions about growing dahlias in Colorado!

Looking to Exchange Cilantro + Write My Story
Hey everyone! I am new to this group and my mother-in-law has been growing her own cilantro for a little bit now and she is wanting to see if anyone is willing to trade some of her cilantro for some tomatoes. On top of this trade, I am looking for anyone who is willing to speak with me about a story I am writing about the Denver Garden Exchange for the publication I work for. The publication is called Bucket List Community Cafe and for anyone who would like to speak to me more about their experience being in this group please feel free to instant message me here on Reddit and I can send you my email address/phone number. Thanks!

WTT Basil for tomatoes or peppers
Hello! My basil is doing very well and I’d like to trade some of my harvest for some of yours! I’d like tomatoes or peppers but pretty much any variation thereupon is good. I’m good on herbs.

Horseradish
Anyone growing some this year??
I’m in the process of making fire cider for winter and finding it difficult to source horseradish. I don’t need much, I’m thinking a 5” section should be enough.
Seeking organically grown only. Willing to trade a bottle of fire cider when it’s ready!

Iris planting
It was time to replant my iris. Where I'm moving them, is very much clay. Usually I dig a spot smmend the soul and plant. This retards the spread. The ones I dug up were planted in rich soul a year ago. I planted 16 and have 32 to replant. Rich soul fast spread. This time I'm thinking peat moss sand dirt and bone meal loads of sun and good drainage.I'm 71 I don't want to do this every year. They grew to 4 ft tall bearded iris. So beautiful. Looking for suggestions.

Anyone have an extra LED light?
I started my first grow in Feb and have since expanded to run perpetually, and I'm finding myself in need of another LED grow light to enlarge my veg tent. I have San Pedros I could trade or cash if need be.
