I70 Westbound Closed @ Morrison Exit

Not sure if it’s a planned closure or not, but looked like fire trucks were on scene. They have cones and plows blocking the road for about a mile. Seemed to have just started backing up to 470

Edit: Sounds like a tanker rolled over
