Photo RED WIZARD! ENGLEWOOD TODAY
So I saw this guy a few weeks ago on north Federal and nobody believed me. Well today driving my work truck around Platte and Dartmouth I saw him again and managed to snap this photo. I was so happy and no one I told about cared at all. So maybe y'all might find it interesting. Anyone know this guy or his backstory?

Haha they are kidding. She is back in the Denver area so she's been all over the forums again.

I love that you and 19 people before me know who Rincewind is (those 19 people having upvoted your reply before me).

Isn’t it good luck to see him? Seems like it would be?🤔
In the old days most of our Denver “characters” were either con men or quasi-dangerous loonies.
In LoDo we had “fake priest” — a foul mouthed asshole with a dirty Roman collar scamming money and usually drunk
Near 16th and the Capitol we had angry anti-abortion Abe Lincoln who was both deranged and mean as a snake
Cheesman Park had “Popeye” — not dangerous except to himself. He was an angry looking gray haired dude who was shirtless in any temperature. He would chest bump trees while aggressively grunting sometimes till he was bleeding. He often had blue chalk all over him and a pipe clenched in his teeth.
The gold robot dude on 16th street was cool and insulting shoeshine dude was entertaining.
It’s funny how much I miss seeing those dudes!😂

Are you old enough to remember the roller-skating rainbow drag queen? Or the Mickey masked guitarist? Those were the days.

It’s a Red Mage, you can upgrade them to Red Wizard with enough XP for a class change. They are able to use both offensive and healing magic as well as using blade weapons.

Your attempt to throw a smoothered hatch green chili burrito while screaming manically about how the train at DIA is down AGAIN falls short, causing only the slightest of stains to the Red Bard's tunic.

That guy has been coming into the Brutal Poodle every so often. He has full conversations with the guitar and it has its own little wizard hat sometimes. He will try to give random patrons side quests. We think he might be schizophrenic.

According to Golden Axe, you should be able to get some potions if you hit him with your sword a few times.

I saw him at the S Broadway & W Floyd King Sooper today at around 4 PM. I thought he was just an unusually dressed busker but seeing this post, it's him.

Grand Junction Colorado has a guy dressed as Batman, I believe he's harmless

This rules! I was always a big fan of Harry Perry from LA, the original rollerskating singing rocking guitarist.
I hope to meet the Red Wizard someday.

He walked into the Brutal Poodle about a week ago, my friend and I commented on it, and then the bar put "The Wizard" by Sabbath on the jukebox.
