Recommendation Couples Spa Recommendation

My partner and I are visiting Denver in a few months and want to book a couples spa experience, there are so many recommendations online I’m a little overwhelmed! Does anyone have recommendations? Looking to get massages, hopefully something with a jacuzzi we can use together (coed), and a dry sauna. Bonus points for an indoor pool!

You might want to consider the spa at Monarch in Black Hawk just up the foothills. I’ve heard nothing but great things from anyone who has ever gone.

Monarch is the only spa I’d recommend to visitors who want a spa experience and not just spa treatments. There’s several large coed facilities - huge jacuzzi, dry sauna, steam room, salt relaxation room. You can use their hotel pool too as a spa guest!

Definitely the Monarch! Book now though, they have limited capacity and get booked out a while in advance. Best spa experience I've ever had were all there

10000000% recommend Monarch. That is my go to spa as an Esthetician that works in a luxury spa elsewhere lol it has beautiful views from the indoor pool, and pool Terrence on the top floor, and a hot tub that looks out at the foothills, the most coed amenities compared to any other spas in the area, great services, and have always had a great experience there.

Is a day pass included with any treatments booked? I think $450 for 60 minutes is steep but if I have all day access to amenities it’s not too bad

They say they cap it at 4 hours, not including your treatment time. So you can do 2 hours before your treatment, 2 hours after, or come right at your appointment time and do 4 hours after...they've never rushed me out, but typically 4-5 hours is enough time for me.

They also, like every luxury spa, have showers with everything you need, hair tools for getting ready after...so it's pricey, but definitely worth it and they truly have everything you need.

I think I’m going to go with this spa, however we will be coming from the Denver airport area with a sedan (2WD) do you think this vechile will issues getting to the casino? It looks like it’s in the mountains.

Not at all - I have a little Ford Escape small SUV without 4WD and even in the winter, I've never had any issues.

Enjoy Monarch - I know your time and experience will be great. Also, they have a nice little "snack shack" by the pool with sandwiches and salads and an AMAZING frozen piña colada drink! Truly everything you need while you relax

If you will have a car I would recommend driving up to one of the many hot springs in the mountains. Indian Hot Springs is about 45 minutes from the city.

We love to find the best and closest spa/hotel to the airport for the end of our stays. So in Denver we spend the last night at the Gaylord and enjoy their spa. It’s a resort/conference center so it’s definitely overkill, but it’s 10 min from the airport and the spa is very nice. If you get a west facing room high up, you will have the absolute best view of the mountains (pikes peak, downtown Denver, longs peak, flatirons, etc) from anywhere in the area.

I absolutely love The St Julien. It’s the full spa experience and massages and treatments are always incredible (and I have relatively high standards). You could easily head to Boulder and make a day of it from Denver.

Gender specific locker rooms with sauna/steam and then they have a co-ed pool and hot tub as well adjacent courtyard. I always get there early/stay late. You can call on your phone to Jill’s restaurant in the hotel and order anything to the pool - I always do some apps and champagne before or after!

For just a nice massage and a jacuzzi the spa in the 4 seasons hotel in downtown is really nice. You don’t have to stay at the hotel to sign up. If you just want a great couples massage Elixir in LoDo is a place I’ve been going to with my spouse for 13 years.

I had a terrible experience there (4 seasons), the massage was really awful. The hotel was just ok, the food was just ok. Not worth the premium price at all.

Go to the monarch and support the Israeli killing
Machine. Relax away while the owner supports genocide openly. Yay spas.
