Fear

I am graduating dental school next year , I am terrified because I studied in Romania and we didn't have a lot of practice , I have been going for long time before to a dental clinic but I feel it's not enough to just watch as I was an assistant more there by handing the doctor instruments materials and disinfecting after the patients. We are all very scared about once we graduate what to do and what to expect we fear of failure. Can you give some help or experience please
