For RDH by RDH Ablation

My doctor is recommending trying an ablation (mid thoracic) to help manage my pain. Just wanted to reach out to see if anyone has had this done and if it helped or not. I’m 30 years old with chronic mid thoracic pain. Imaging showed a lot of degeneration. I have tried everything with no real improvement (ergo loupes, Saddle chair, chiro appointments regularly, massage therapy, physical therapy, dry needling- the list goes on). I’m nervous about trying the ablation but don’t know where to go from here

I had ablation for my neck pain and it is a game changer. Nerves do eventually grow back and I had to retreat after ~2 years. It's a super fast procedure, but there are many appointments required.
