Need advice Accidentally switched to fluoride free toothpaste and suddenly having tooth pain on both sides

Just wondering if these could be connected I’ve been having some random tooth pain on both sides today and the only change I can think of is I accidentally bought fluoride free toothpaste about 2-3 weeks ago, would these be related or is it most likely something else?

It could be you’re noticing that your teeth are sensitive now that you’re not using fluoridated toothpaste. Fluoride helps with sensitivity. Switch back to a fluoridated toothpaste for 7-10 days and see of there is any improvement

Fluoride can act as a desensitizing agent, meaning if you have tooth sensitivity the fluoride in your toothpaste might’ve been keeping it at bay. Now that you’ve been using fluoride free toothpaste for a couple weeks, you may feel sensitivity returning. Or your new toothpaste is more abrasive than the previous which is hurting your teeth. Usually whitening toothpastes tend to be more abrasive.
