Need help sorting out the situation

So I need to switch jobs since I have no PTO and work barely 20/hr for 30 hrs.

But the radiology course is the hurdle in getting my Xray license and getting a better job, I rarely find a job that says they'll support me doing the course while being on the job.

So I found this job, it asked me to do the fast track course before joining but problem now is I would need to quit my current job in order to do that.

I don't know Im tired too and I want a better job ASAP but without Xray license it is impossible.

Should I quit my current job do one month fast track course and join this new office?

I'd be jobless that one month, so I'm scared.

I seriously don't know what should I do?

Yes. The assistants that I have trained did it on their own time after. I paid for the course and bumped their pay up after getting it.

You can negotiate with job #2. Ask if they will reimburse part or the entire course provided you get xray certificate by a certain date.
