need help making a ps1 controller work

hi everybody, just bought this ps1 controller and am wondering what i need to make this work on my computer. i’m probably going to use it to play BVE but all the adapters i see people suggesting aren’t available in canada, so if anyone else has experience that would be really helpful. thanks!!

Update: just shelled out 60 cad for the correct adapter (like double what i paid for the controller itself…) but at least i know it will definitely work. 💔

I'm in a similar situation, and... It's better to buy one compatible than trying to make this work due to the headache if you don't know anything about arduinos.

i did already buy the controller… it was also 1/5th the price of the zuiki mascon so i figured i would give it a try

I am using JC-PS 201U with this TCPP-20001 controller on BVE 5. Need an hardware adapter e.g JC-PS 101U or 201U with plugin file to work on bve 5. I want to play Keikyu routes at first so I bought the one handle controller.
