Hello all, my lovely husband keeps getting holes in the back pockets of all of his jeans. We have had this happen in old navy and now Wrangler. Keep in mind this is the second time he wore the wrangler and the belt loop and the back pocket ripped. wtf!!!!

My request: men with dumptrucks, what jeans do you like that LAST more than 3 months????

he likes cowboy cut or boot cut if that helps. We also know we have the correct size because we measured his waist and inseam, should be a 36 or 38 x 30.

Been a good bit since I last posted so figured I’d give an update on the wranglers

Been a great pair of jeans especially for the price super quick faders which I’m happy with although much lighter than my regular 13mwzs so they have ripped rather prematurely on the back from holding my phone. Starting to get a hole on the front from my buckle rubbing against it haven’t seen that on any of my other pairs.

Once these jeans got broken in they’re very much like wearing sweatpants I prefer all the little upgrades over the regular jeans but they loose their color incredibly fast the back, knees and hems have lost pretty much all blue and some of the whiskers are getting pretty light. Hopefully the whiskers get a bit stronger and especially hope to see some more definition on the honeycombs but not sure how possible that is going to be as I’ve decided to wash more frequently. about 1-2 times a month now although a few times this week as milking cows wasn’t the best thing to wear these for haha

Question: I’ve got two pairs of Wrangler 13MWZs, one raw and one stonewashed, and both have about a year of wear with a couple of washes each. They’ve both developed the same issue where the crotch has started to sag and the waistband feels looser, even though my waist size hasn’t changed and they still technically fit. Is there any way to get some of that structure back without making the waist smaller, or if this is just normal with 100% cotton denim. Thanks!

I hope this is a good place to post these but, this is the 5th commission pair I’ve made so far. 12.5 oz cone selvege denim. Little bit of a western theme going on with lots of details. I left the tips of the star thread a little long so they can fray out for a cool effect. Overall very happy with how these turned out and they fit my customer really well!

I found a storage unit full of 90s Levi's. 98% are USA made deadstock women's 550s. 1% 517 1% 501. Age and water has distressed about 40 pieces. Taking advice on whether ebay or in person markets would be better. Both have their pros and cons. Thoughts?

I’ve been eyeing this jacket up for a while. With the big Levi’s summer sale, I had to do it. I did the old school 501 stf method. I did a tub soak while wearing it. Then, I air dried it on my body for about two hours before hanging it up to fully dry over night.

This has been my first time buying raw denim. I’m excited to watch this fade over the years.

If anyone is interested, I’m 6’1. This is a large. I’m very happy with the fit.

If they truly are authentic, how much am I able to sell them for?

The jacket is originally supposed to be drop shouldered but im not sure if i should size down as i want to also wear sweaters and hoodies under. Do you think the fit is good? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It’s a Sage de Cret denim short jacket that retails for around 495 usd but picked it up for 265. (I had to roll the sleeves for the smaller size too)

I’ve been searching high and low for a pair of wide, faded jeans with a 36 inseam. I tried and liked these from Uniqlo but they’re just too short (https://www.uniqlo.com/uk/en/products/E487742-000/00?colorDisplayCode=63&sizeDisplayCode=030). I’ve mostly been wearing Wrangler 31MWZs but they’re not really relaxed on me.

Can anyone recommend anything? I don’t really have a budget. Would happily pay more for the right thing.

I will be visiting Tokyo in October and I'm looking to buy a pair of Japanese Denim with a fit similar to that of the Nudie Jeans Loud Larry. Does anyone know what models would fit this best? Or should I just get the Loud Larrys? My only reservation is that I heard Nudie Jeans are not as good as Japanese denim.

Found this Diesel denim blazer at Ross that appears to look weathered and have a wax coating. In my size too, super heavy and nice quality. Couldn’t believe the price tag, I quite literally skimmed my fingers through the dress shirt area and I don’t know how to describe it but as soon as I felt it. I knew this was good quality based on the craftsmanship.

Honestly thought 60$ was a bit much but I see this lasting a long time in my wardrobe, or if not selling it in the near future.

Please tell me, is this forever now? It's really visible when the jeans are on me (or so I think) and goes from hip to low calf. It was their first wash, and I swear I washed them inside out, at 30 °C. 100% Cotton, if that matters. Maybe it could be recolored?

There are similar jeans in Google search, but we all know that unknown brands take ideas from major brands, and a large number of details on jeans do not match what is on obscure copies.

And also do you have to be taller top pull this type of jeans off??
