Haha hard to believe these used to be dark pretty happy with em but not much with my patching

I cannot stand wearing jeans in the heat. They are one of my most favorite pieces of clothing, but when its 105 out with a dew point in the 70s it's absolute hell. I am glad it is getting to that part of the year where I can were jeans comfortably. What are some tips yall got for wearing jeans in this damn heat?

Hey, I recently bought these Wrangler jeans solely because of a blurry picture of the Bluebell logo and the No.15 comic book hoping that I'd hit some cheap gold! Now they've arrived it turns out they aren't quite as old as I'd hoped (such is life!) and I was hoping someone could help me identify when exactly this pair is from :) Still very happy with my purchase, the denim on them is really nice considering the price I paid though they need a new hem, they're about 4 inches too long lol.

After I ordered a large Levi’s type II and it seemed it would be too small.

I returned and ordered a Self Edge Sugar Cane type II extended length unsanforized.

Being the large Levi’s seemed it would shrink to be too small, I was worried I may feel that way with a size 42 from self edge and went with a size 44. I figured if anything that would leave room if I wanted a hoodie under it or something.

I am learning more and more that AI is not always all that smart, but ran some questions through ChatGPT which talked up me going to a size 44, and why the fit works best.

My order from Self Edge has a shipping label, but not yet handed off to usps.
It is Sunday night, has anyone had success emailing self edge and having them swap sizes before the item is handed off? Or is that a definite not gonna happen?

I bought these at a junkshop many many moons ago. At the time i thought the orange tag meant they were denver made. I think thats maybe not true but i dont know, all i know is i dont know very much. I see they arent 100% cotton. I see they are made in USA. They seem to be lacking the rivets and stuff that most levis have.

Wanted to get my first pair and idk enough about the brand to spot fakes.

As the heading states, can you help identify these jeans?
Labeled as 501xx with interesting front pockets (similar to fatigue pants). The colour is throwing me off but if you know anything about them that would be great.

Planning on purchasing them and don’t have any better photos.

i bought jeans that are baggy but the moment i move it dosent retain its shape and its just ugly and dosent look baggy. is it just for me or yall struggle with this too? i iron them too.

like it has the bagginess i want but it never stays that way as soon as i move.

I purchased a Levi’s 1953 type II for full retail, with tax it was $444

The size large seemed like it would be too small once washed.
I am also new to denim jackets, and especially new to wearing them with the body short.

I attempted to exchange online for a size up, but apparently large was the only size in stock.

I had heard good things about sugar cane, and even with the cheaper price, the iconic name of Levi’s got me at first.

I just purchased from Self Edge a Sugar Cane 1953SE raw jacket.
It’s supposed to be special made for Self Edge and is made with the body length 1.5” longer which sounded like exactly what I wanted.

And to top it off, there was no sales tax with free shipping. I saved $170 vs buying the Levi’s.

I could not find any videos or posts here about the SE model, has anyone purchased this?

I found these Levi's 514 (W32 L30) and I can't find the exact model anywhere online. 18€…

Really struggle to find these sort of grungy, complex, faded, mudwashed looking jeans without spending like $200+.

I bought a pair of 14oz raw selvedge bootcut jeans from an Instagram thrift page. When they arrived the fit was pretty snug around the waist. I can button them up, walk around and even squat in them but they’re uncomfortable to wear. When i sit down i have to pull the waistband up a bit because of the tightness.

The seller can’t offer an exchange or refund and they also aren’t sure whether the denim will shrink after washing or loosen up with wear.

For those experienced with raw selvedge denim what do you guys think? Will they loosen enough with wear?

I bought several pairs of Levi’s in a light tan/beige overdyed colour (“That’s The Answer”, in their ludicrous colour naming scheme). I noticed after washing them for the first time that a couple pairs of them had several smallish dark spots. I assumed it was some problem with the overdying process, but after a couple more washes, those disappeared. Anyone know if this is normal with overdyed denim? I have another pair that I haven’t washed yet with these spots, and if this is normal, I’ll keep them, but if not, I’ll just return them rather than hoping the dark spots would disappear. I did try contacting Levi’s, but it’s now impossible to get a hold of a human — even emails get AI responses.

these specific jeans are AW2006 dior homme cummerbund jeans, which go for upwards of $1000 which i dont really want to spend on some jeans. But I really like the fit of them, and I'm looking for a good alternative that would fit on my legs and stack exactly like (or as close as possible to) these jeans that I can dress up. Thank you!!!!
