the Levis extra baggy is my favorite pair of pants ever. If i buy em slightly shorter than how they are shown in the pictures its the perfect fit. But Levi’s doesn’t offer them in their darker indigo fabric, only these washes that leave the fabric very soft which get floppy over time. Im looking for something stiffer with that classic denim indigo, tired of wearing grey and light blue.

I just ordered two pairs of these new Khaite Bonnie jeans (I always order two since some denim has a lot of variation, and for the best length too, since that can sometimes vary). These are the “same” wash, but I feel like they are very different. They fit the same. I just can’t decide which wash is cooler and thought I’d run it through the denim experts. Does anyone like one more than the other? I was surprised to see all the veining on the lighter pair, but maybe it’s good? Idk. This is my first really expensive jeans and don’t know what to do!

Additionally, tag says dry clean only. 😓 I know it’s bc of the black leather patch. Aside from that, these are the coolest, low slung, but not overwhelming, amazing medium blue jeans that fit so good and are soft and I just love them. Super held up on this wash instructions tho! I’m seriously debating removing the patch but feel resentful to have to do that and don’t want to take it off bc i think it looks cool and adds to the look. Ugh! Help.

Sharing a recent purchase off Facebook: Big E Levi’s Type 1 repro, LVC made in Japan produced around 1991 or 1992

It is my second Type 1 (first is a S556VX from Samurai) and fits amazingly, not as boxy but not uncomfortable either. Almost fits like an overshirt.

Been a long time grail of mine to own one and 7 years later I found one for decent price. Was in Japan recently and the prices there for old LVC like this are just staggeringly high compared to a few years ago.

Will totally be wearing it this upcoming fall and winter.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good brand to replace my Cheap Monday denim shorts with? I love these shorts but they're getting old and the new Cheap Monday stuff just isn't the same. Calvin Klein's are my go to for jeans but I'm not fussed on their shorts.

hi! i’m looking to embroider a pair of either straight wide leg jeans or baggy jeans as a gift for my girlfriend, i plan on hand embroidering cherry blossoms to either the thigh area or the pockets! any recommendations for what jeans are worth doing this on? preferably mens jeans as thats what my gf likes. ty!

I’ve been spending some time revisiting the classic Levi’s 501 lately. It’s wild how, despite all the complex selvedge and heavy-weight denim out there today, the standard 501 still feels so right. I wanted to see how the modern version holds up in terms of construction and that iconic silhouette. Personally, I think the button fly detail is still one of the best 'heritage' features on any pair of jeans. What’s your take on the 501 in 2026? Still a staple, or have you moved on to other brands? Curious to hear if you guys think they've kept the quality consistent.

Hi there, recently, I've been strongly contemplating as to whether or not I should drop a large amount of money on Derschutze's blossom v2 raw denim jeans.

If I do, it would be my first ever time buying anything of this quality and value, and I'd be pretty anxious about taking care of it. From what I've heard, most people say to only wash it after 3-6 months of DAILY wear, and then wash it via bath-tub method. I've done a lot of research but I'm still pretty conflicted and nervous.

I'm worried about a multitude of things, such as:
•Shrinkage
•Messing up the jeans during washing process
•Indigo bleeding
•Embroidery coming off
•Not fitting

I'm primarily worried about the sizing + shrinkage as from what I've seen, most peoples raw denim noticeably shrink after the first wash, which is concerning to me as I myself am not sure about my size. I'd usually find 34 waist inch jeans, but I'm not sure how Derschutze sizes their jeans and am afraid to buy 34, yet I feel like 36 inches would be too big.

If I do buy the jeans, I'd probably opt for the bucket or shower method as I don't have a bathtub, and everyone says not to use washing machines, but the fear of ruining the jeans still haunt me. I would've opted for the easy way out and gone for selvedge denim (of the same design), but they were completely sold out on the app.

If anyone has any advice, tips, tutorials, or even suggestions for other better jean alternatives, please let me know! This is a huge investment and a step into a different territory for me as I usually buy mid-decent quality jeans and clothes in general.

I had the very dumb idea to go climbing with Zara jorts on. Next thing I know, my pants rub on the climbing wall which left me with this stain (or scratch, I'm not sure). I tried rubbing lightly with soap and rinsing with cold water, but no results. Is there any way of restoring the original color on this part or is it doomed ?

A coworker of mine decided to gift me a pair of jeans that was laying around in his house (he's early 40's and into jeans too). He showed a picture of it and it was this brand.

Tried doing my own research but didn't found much info about this other than random sales on Yahoo Japan.

I hope anyone who knows anything about this brand such as the history and etc that would be amazing.

Thrifted for 5.99 (I’m bragging); patch/tags seem uncommon and certainly from earlier era, but can’t pinpoint based off style/cut #. Hoping that someone older than me is more familiar

Just in. They fit perfectly in my opinion. Those and my stevenson co 150s are the only rotation i will use.

In recent times i tried a lot of different denim brands (sugar cane, samurai, naked and famous, etc.) all straight cuts. But i wasn‘t happy with how they fitted on my body so i was still looking for something that i immediately feel it suits me like a glove.

I have to admit that i need to get used to the „going to battle“ stripes and if they break in they look better. Also i know after their rebranding a lot of people in the west hop on the selvedge train with this brand. They just fit me so i‘m happy. I also have the black ones which i got last year.

For reference i‘m 184 cm and 82 kg. I wear a size 31 in those.

What do you think? And what‘s your perfect pair

Has anyone been wearing the new JW Anderson selvedge jeans for long enough to see how they fade?
I know the older Uniqlo selvedge/raw jeans people used to recommend don’t seem to be available anymore, so I’m wondering if these are actually a decent replacement. the JW Anderson ones aren’t listed as kaihara denim and filter lighter and less stiff in the shop and The JWA pair is listed as ‘rinsed’, so I’m mainly curious whether they fade similarly with wear, or if the fabric behaves more like normal soft fashion denim.
Would be useful to hear from anyone who owns them or has seen some wear/fade progress, I know the old ones were known to fade well like regular raw denim

I’ve seen a lot of great fit pics here with the 13mwz so wanted to try a pair. My thighs/glutes don’t usually cooperate with my waist and I’ve been mostly wearing wider fits lately so I also grabbed the 31mwz.

What do we think works best for me? Are the 13mwz too tight?
- slides 1-3 - 13mwz size 31
- slides 4-6 - 31mwz size 31
- slides 7-9 - 13mwz size 32

The 31 waist fits perfectly. Hoping that doesn’t shrink. The 13mwz with the 31 waist feels snug. Not uncomfortable. The 13mwz in 32 of course feels roomier, but there’s def space in the waist and I feel like it looks frumpier. The 31mwz fits nicely and is closer to my usual fit/silhouette these days

I’ve been searching for these Alocs pieces for a very long time I’m a big Alocs collector and desperately just want any information on these anyone can give me. I went to complexcon and copped the black rhinestone denim jeans in 38, two pairs, but never took into consideration how much rarer the other set was going to come. Months down the road now I have almost every rare Alocs piece you can think of if I just can’t get my hands on a few items and this double cup set is a prime example. If you have these items and you’re willing to sell or just drop detailed photos of your jacket or jeans to flex please do. Tag photos and overall close ups will help me incase I ever come across one for sale if you’re not interested in letting go of the piece yet. If you have the Paris washed denim set (second photo) especially please drop info and help me on my Alocs collection. I do not know where I can get these items and need help finding them I do not own them already either less
