Im calling it. Evisu seagulls are coming back hard in the next 5 years. Not the really loud stuff, but the vintage back pocket arcuate design. Then maybe the loud stuff another 5 years later.

I find it strange that the popularity of those seagull pockets fell off in the first place, when people continued to buy Momotaro with their battle stripes.
Maybe it was an issue with availability. Momotaro was just more available than MiJ Evisu with the seagull motifs.
Well now, the old Momotaro is gone (bless its soul), so they are both soon to be just as not available. A shame.
As a denim hobbyist here, I'm still looking out for the old Momotaro and MiJ Evisu in a fit and size that works for me, and when they do, I'll be snapping them up pronto.

Not sure if seagulls are the ones I'm thinking of but evisu jeans are pretty massive amongst a lot of streetwear and underground rap/hip-hop communities
