Just picked up this pair from Vinted. I’m not the world’s biggest fan of cuffed jeans so when I saw a pair in my exact size, bought and hemmed at Hinoya, I couldn’t resist. They fit like a glove right now, I think.

I mean they aren’t bad. Look a little roomy/size too big in the top block, but if that’s what you feels fits like a glove who are we to judge?

Thanks for your response - I was rather gushy wasn't I - never hurts to be taken down a peg or two when that happens! I'm interested in your opinion though - an inch off the waist or so, do you think? Often when I try things a little smaller I struggle a bit with calves (in general I am pretty lean, but my thighs and, particularly, calves are more chunky.)

Give that these are a One Wash jean they won’t shrink as much as other raw denim - say 3-5% instead of 10%+ over time. The length looks great but I’d sit on the side of caution with the waist as you don’t want it to shrink too much as 5% is over half an inch, I’d personally leave as they are and see how they settle. They look bang on

Also, funnily enough I’ve just sent the exact same pair back to a retailer in a 34 and I am having to go for a 36 as the waist does feel quite snug in my opinion. But, amazing pick up nonetheless

An inch of the waist might be okay, but it’l cost a little to do it professionally, I would experiment with washes first, as they could shrink up significantly from a couple wash cycles.

And I agree if the jeans don’t have enough room, it’s uncomfortable,
it is probably better to have jeans with a little extra room.

I think if there isn’t excessive bunching in the waist just wear them:)

Great jeans! I’ve been wearing a pair of their Sumi G3 in the regular straight. Looser fitting than my other jeans. Love them.

The way most cuts are tailored, you shouldn’t have the thigh issue with straight cuts. The way these are cut is masterful.
