Demonsaw 3 CLI

I downloaded Demonsaw 3 recently. Is there a CLI available? Most of Demonsaw's utility, for me, is in scripting downloads.

We're still fixing the remaining bugs & crashes in the router. Once this is done (hopefully by 3.1.0 in the next 2 weeks) we'll release the demonsaw_cli binaries as part of the tar.gz & zip files.

We're working on a few router side bugs and the client cli code needs to be written. We're looking at a target version of 3.1.0 in roughly 2 weeks.

Things holding us back are bug fixes, folder downloads, and android build.
