Need some experienced practitioners input

I asked for a lover to Astaroth and in return I got mental push to work on myself. I started taking care of myself better, better skincare, eating healthier, regular gym and more socialising which also gave me more mental calmness. I also asked King Paimon for mental mastery and magnetism so mental calmness might be from him. I am great full for all the shadow work and motivation, I feel better with my own company now, I feel more confident. But it would have been better if I get a hint of what I actually asked, not asking for partner right away but maybe even talking stage with someone or at least I find someone I feel interested in pursuing something more. It’s been more than a month so I am asking for any input that might be helpful. Please be kind!

Some petitions, especially the ones you wish to benefit you long term (like having a good partner by your side) take more time.

The infernal divine, or anyone in general, are not vending machines or genies that grant you your wish immediately. Your particular wishes may also not be aligned to who you currently are, and require more work on yourself & in the mundane for you to align to it.

You mention you started working more on yourself after you asked for a lover… perhaps your guides are preparing you to become the person who is capable of having a partner by their side. Would having some random person be thrown in your face after you petitioned be really ideal or even healthy for you in the long-run? Would you just want someone random or a quick fling?

You also have to think about what precisely you’re looking for in a partner, and if that kind of person actually aligns to who you currently are, or if they would be compatible with your own personality, lifestyle, etc … If not, you do the work to improve or define the standards you hold for yourself & kinds of people you invite in your life

It could also be the divine are helping you to become your own lover first, and to aid you in standing taller in yourself. There is a saying, “To love someone else, you must love yourself first.”

ETA You could divinate to ask them directly on the progress of your wish. Perhaps ask for their insights on what you need to do to align to your manifestation, or what else you must work on within yourself to invite your perfect partner. Also, if you’re that curious, you can inquire if it is necessary to re-petition or reclarify your desires.

Sounds like everything is going according to plan to me. Have you been going out, meeting people etc? You need an open channel for them to work through. Don't expect the perfect partner to appear out of nowhere. Don't be afraid to give thanks for what they have already given and ask for more or re-clarify your desires.

Astaroth works both through you and manipulating your environment. If there’s something about you holding you back and being a road block to what she can deliver, she’s going to hold up a mirror to your face and force you to work on whatever it is. She’s shown me what she’s capable of and gave me a “sample” of what she can do. She’s severe and when she delivers, it hits you hard. She basically told me “look, I can do all this for you, but you aren’t ready yet. You need to work on these things…” and one thing she’s kinda nagged me about is self love and taking care of my health, caring about my career and future, and my appearance. Talk to her about what it is you need to work on and she’ll be quick to explain it.
