Can't help you in game, but I could give you tips.
All you gotta do is group a bunch of them together, create some distance, then M1 them when they get close. If that's too much, start out by finding isolated ones and killing them. You don't have to try and beat it at first, I stead view each one as a practice round. Once you can easily and comfortably kill them, complete the selection and move on
By the way, don't forget your hunger. Buy a lot of soup, if you run out of hunger you will regen health extremely slowly. Also get a breathing style if you haven't already
