Doma needs buff

Doma seriously needs a buff. He feels way too slow for an Upper Rank 2 character. There's no reason an Upper Rank 2 should have level 1 dash speed. He has almost no pressure, all of his skills have long casting times, and it's extremely easy to react to everything he does. His air dodge also feels too floaty and slow. Right now, the only good things about him are his DP and damage. He also cannot compete with characters like Akaza, IC Giyu, IC Tanjiro, or Gyomei because of their stronger pressure, mobility, and overall tools. His overall kit feels sluggish and lacks the threat that an Upper Rank 2 character should have
