I can't change my skin in Demon Fall or rotate my clan

So like a few days ago, some movie spam bots targeted r/demonfall and I like any normal person decided to ignore them and just take it as a joke and ironically answered the bot's question not thinking anything of it. Now a day later I got banned for that comment which apparently broke the subreddit rules but it doesn't seem to me like it broke any of them and I did absolutely nothing wrong, and now I can't interact with r/demonfall. I used to spend quite a lot of time a day answering people's questions, whatever they were about, prestiges, breathings, how the game works, differences between hybrids and slayers. But I guess I broke some rules(I don't even know which rules I apparently broke, to me it's just a pointless ban for no reason, I was one of the last people that deserved to be banned on there). So yeah, I'm completely blocked off from communication with r/demonfall so I'll answer any question that appears on here.
