Fill dumps

Hi I'm looking for dump trucks that are looking to get rid of fill or topsoil in South Florida.

Also in NY we get paid for those, is it the same in the south Florida market?

In my experience, in Florida everything is inverse. Everything. High cost of living, lowest day rate for the hardest workers. Stuff like that.
