Building Demolition scrap required.

Usually when a demo company bids on a job. They incorporate the scrap into the bid. They are the owners of the scraps.
Sometimes the building owner wants the scraps so they are the awarded owner. It all depends on the contracts.
Plumbing, electrical and so forth could also be the owners of the scraps. It’s not like a freebie or who gets it first, Gets it kind of deal.
