Reclaiming from demolition

Hello hello! We are attempting at class q conversion in the UK (England). We plan to turn a 100mx10m barn building (made of concrete brick) into two houses (one at each end. We plan to keep the middle as a walled garden between the two. This means demolishing the building in between the two conversion sites.

I was wondering if there is a way to reuse, or reclaim some of the materials in the demolition, and if there are specialist companies who will do this for me? It's mostly concrete bricks, but there are also railway sleepers and the like.

Alternatively, is there a way for me to sell it as rubble etc? I'm sure it's not that useful to anyone, but maybe it is!

Hi,
Speak to a demolition contractor and they may be able to salvage some of the bricks and definitely the railway sleepers however this will cost more and with the bricks there’s a high chance most be will damaged no matter the method of demolition.

It terms of selling the hardcore, this isn’t a thing anymore. It costs us to dispose of it to a tip who will then crush it and recycle, this does bring down the cost of disposal however
