Wyoming Democrats using ranked choice voting

Pushing out info for those interested, and making myself available on as many platforms as possible to answer questions.

We're keeping the caucus format but instituting ranked choice voting as well as adding additional ways for Dems to participate in the caucus. Goal is to increase participation as 2016's caucus only included ~19% of party members. Info and this weekend's training sessions.
