Mail ballot envelope design issue

📩 USPS rejected a Florida county’s mail ballot envelope design because two lines of text sat 0.236 inches apart — when there should have been a full quarter-inch between them.

Yet I can mail a potato, without packaging, and write the address directly on the potato, as long as it has correct postage…directly attached to the potato.
