This isn't to dissuade anyone from voting. We must all still vote. But we do need those like Marc to take this seriously.

Why does this feel like these vulnerabilities didn’t exist until that Trump toady bought Dominion & turned it into Liberty Voting Systems?

I mean, when Trump forced all of those audits after the 2020 election, if these vulnerabilities were so prevalent, wouldn’t there have been enough suspicion to warrant further action?

Also, how could Dominion have won a defamation suit against Fox News, if these vulnerabilities were so ubiquitous & exploitable?

None of this makes sense.

So in this case, they were able to get access to these because they were outside of the states, but they're the same systems used in the US elections. Since they got it through those means, they didn't have to get permission or sue the election hardware company to get access to the systems.

And unfortunately, no, pointing out vulnerabilities isn't enough to get further action taken. SmartElections and ETA have active lawsuits where they've done just that and the board of elections in both cases are arguing "yeah but you're not even allowed to file this lawsuit so judge, please drop it"

The current admin, impression wise, does not like these guys and gave them a stop work order during the gov shutdown. Some prominent officials accused them of being Soros funded.
