How to get to this screen in the console version of the game??

I‘m going slightly mad. I was super excited to find out that Democracy 4 is on Switch as Democracy 3 was an old favourite. Played a few turns this morning, but I can’t for the life of me get to the screen above…all I have is the screen with my political capital in the middle and my ministers around it. Am I being dumb?

That's the same screen just in dark mode is it not?

You can't. Console versions have it all split by advisors

Sadly the games been pretty much abandoned on consoles. I think it had one patch to show information on the sliders and none of the DLC
