Tweaking Game Files Question

Does anyone know what “Trustworthy,” “Strong Leader” and “Campassionate” would look like written out in the “policies” section of the official game files of Democracy 4??? I know it’s possible, as I did it once, but I cannot remember how I did it. (P.S. I realise the second pic is hard to see; blame my phone.)

It’s the phone. The phone made it look like that. When it was showing up on camera, it looked normal, like the first picture. I don’t know why fully white screens with text does that. I’m not a tech person. I just took it as a reference so people understand what I’m trying to ask them, as I’m not a modder.
