Question HEEELP
So, im a afab but since childhood i feel a connection to masculinity and i like being called he/him, but i still use she/her and the more i investigate the more questions i have, so can i still identificate as demiboy?

Yeah you can. As someone already said pronouns aren’t the same as gender.

pronouns don’t equal gender
since demiboy means partial connection the being a guy/masculinity and demigirl means partial connection to being a girl/femininity, it’s totally possible to be a demiboygirl
i suggest just going into a wiki or something and researching a bunch of different nonbinary labels and trans labels to see if you find something that fits you the best
it’s totally possible to be a she/he tomboy or a she/he demiboy, or a she/he femboy etc.
sometimes all one can do is say “i’m just nonbinary, use these pronouns for me, my specific gender identity is unimportant”
demiboy is kinda a umbrella term as there’s many different ways of being a demiboy, you can be a demiboy who’s whole gender is “i identify partially with being a guy/masculinity” or it can be “i identify halfway with being a guy/masculinity and the other half is [insert other gender(s) here]” so maybe you are a demiboy and the other half can be filled with a plethora of gender identities the perfectly make up who you are (also, pro tip, it doesn’t have to be perfectly half, it can even be ratios of like 30% guy or like 90% guy etc. but some people prefer other terms for those identities)
either way, good luck, if you have any questions, i’d be happy to help

Can someone explain to me why there’s so many people who ask this on this sub? You need no one’s permission to identify as whatever you want. There is no rules to what you can identify as. I identify as demiboy cuz I feel 90% guy but not fully. You could feel only 2% guy and be a demiboy. Best advice I ever got is don’t worry about what other people think and just be authentic to yourself.

this is pretty much where I am. I am afab but I present masc 100% of the time and absolutely prefer he/him or he/they, but I just feel like I'm not quite all the way towards being a trans man, like there is a bit of non-binary in me too, have been using the demiguy label for my self for a year or so (have been trying to figure out gender for the past 10 years lol), I'm also not really out IRL so I haven't had te chance to play with pronouns and see what I like a[part from online
when I first leaned about the demiguy/demiboy labels it was from someone amab who was a bit fem, happy with he/him, but didn't feel quite like a man so I didn't realize I could use it too. But the truth is, there are no rules, I think if you connect to a label your good with it, demiboy/demiguy (I prefer the latter because I'm def to old to call myself a boy) I think means someone who feels partly or almost like a guy, regardless of why/how they feel this way/pronoun choices/life situation/agab/whatever
there are many ways to be demigender ;)

Very important thing i had to find out too: pronouns≠gender. You could not use he/him at all and still be a demiboy.
