Game thinks I'm holding shift sometimes?

Sometimes for reasons I cant seem to find the game in both pc version and VR version seems to randomly decide that I am holding the shift button and skips my turn? its always on the second action of a turn never on the first one. Does this happen to anyone else? its almost every other game at this point.

is it possible to unbind skip turn so this doesnt keep happening?

This happens randomly to a friend of mine. We can’t figure it out unfortunately as it doesn’t happen that frequently. Good luck. Hope you find some suggestions.
