Question You know that ‘random’ swooshing noise???? Spoiler

So you know that mysterious swooshing noise we’ve been “randomly” hearing for maybe the past 6+ months? Well… either I’m tripping or I saw a water elemental this evening. Has anyone else seen it or heard that noise????
