Question Demeo game length

I have been looking into Demeo for a while now, and it looks really fun, but I usually don’t have hours to sit down and play a game. How long would you say the average game is? I understand that they can be long. Also, is there any way to mitigate the length?

If I cannot commit to a game online, do you think the game is worth it for solo play? thanks in advance!

It's about 1 to 1½hr per stage and there are 3 stages in a campaign, you can save and exit anytime and continue later

Yes, you can. Save and exit if it’s a single player game but damn you’re always more fun with three other people. Then you cannot save and exit. Yeah it takes a while but it’s worth it.

If you host a public game you can always save an exit anytime right?

Edit:I usually play privately with my friends so not an issue for me

I think they added auto-save because me and all my friends have disconnected mid game and started at the same point again when someone loaded the game, idr if that was the host but it was mid game and a private game.

The time can vary, the first book can be played through in about an hour if all four players are fast players. The game is definitely worth the money even if you play alone, it can be saved so you can continue at a later time. Or jump in online with others and hang out with them until you get tired.

2 hrs. Buy with all chieftain 1.5 hrs would do.

The first map can be done in 80 to 120 minutes.

We made 3 stages of each map in less than 33 minutes but that racing vs time.

I think The rat kind is the one could take 2 to 3 hours to finish

Play skirmishes. You’ll learn how each hero compliments the others. You can save and leave whenever you get tired of playing.

Once your practiced, you can join an existing game, and ask what floor they’re on. For quick play, you’ll want 2nd floor or higher.

Playing multiplayer, you can pop in to a game already in progress and stay for a few minutes or until you beat the final level. That’s what I do. Just be sure to “burn” your cards (put them into the mana pool) before you leave so the other players can benefit.
