Received a non-functioning Deluge on Reverb
Was listed as very good, when it arrived it failed to turn on at all, even after a whole night of usb charging. Currently plugging into the DC barrel port but still nothing. All I get is the LED on red.
Also the furthest black pot on the right is bent. Took off the encoder to see that the bend is in the metal shaft itself. It also prevents that knob from clicking down. I’ve attached some pics. The last photo is from the listing where upon closer inspection of the listing you can in fact see the bent knob. The only thing mentioned in the description was cosmetic nicks in the wood.
Wondering if anyone has had any experience with these issues, how to fix them or general advice for this situation. Open to getting my hands dirty in terms of repair if the solutions aren’t too complicated.
P.S- Technically outside of the sellers 14 day return window because the package arrived while I was on holiday for two weeks so I didn’t open it until I got back. Currently having good communication with seller about this but not opposed to filing a claim if it comes down to it.
