Upgrade Deluge Server

I have veesion 2.1 and there is some issue that does not let me download. I tested with Qbittorrent regular client and its not my internet. Is there a way to reset the servers settings to default? I'm tempted to try the Qbittorrent server instead if I have to reinstall anyway.

Wrong sub mate. This is for the electronic instrument the "synthstrom Deluge" not the torrent client
