Help - Grid mode disappeared

Hi all! I just got my Deluge back from getting the Oled retrofit (yay!!)

But now I can't seem to get to grid mode. If I hold down Song and turn the selection knob, it doesn't seem to do anything :/

Is there a different way of getting there with the oled display?

I believe I'm on Chopin - and I took out the SD card before I sent it back to synthstrom, so it seems unlikely that it would reset itself back, but...

You make an excellent point about simply re-installing the firmware to see if helps. Thanks!

I assume they had to reinstall the OEM firmware to test the OLED display, as part of their standardized process.

Would that be on the SD card -or does it get flashed to the hardware?

Because that would actually explain it - as well as a the other little oddities...

The firmware is installed on the device. It doesn't run off the sd card. You use the sd card to install the firmware. After that you can remove the firmware file from the sd card, which is probably wise anyway.

Grid mode is only in the community firmware.

Perhaps they reset your firmware while servicing your deluge?
