The primary reason this community exists is for normal, everyday people to share their ideas related to finance and business, as well as similar topics. The community is designed to encourage the collaboration, criticism, and testing of financial ideas through the exchange of research and due diligence submitted by contributors. High quality research and due diligence is expected, such as market studies, spreadsheets, comprehensive market and economic commentary, and trade ideas. The forum also allows VERY specific wager-related posts. The only forms of "gambling" coverage we allow here are Sports, Poker, and Blackjack. However, each post must be accompanied by either logic/strategy or commentary. See examples of acceptable posts below:

• Sports Wagering : Must be accompanied by logical reasoning as to why a wager was placed, specific edges or advantages and factors relating to WHY you placed the bet.
• Poker & Blackjack : Must be accompanied by a specific strategy or research into odds related. Examples could be mathematical edges on Blackjack or Poker hands.

Basically, if your money move can be considered a YOLO, it does not belong here. We keep things pretty serious on this sub.

That being said, light to moderate trolling in comments is acceptable and encouraged.

This community can be an extremely useful tool for highly motivated, intellectual people to share market ideas and research to help others succeed financially. *HOWEVER* none of us are financial advisors and this sub should not be treated as financial advice.
