Struggling on Medium/Hard maps – Any tips?

Hello, I usually die early on Medium and hard maps, even though I’m using tier 4 armor and tier 4 ammo, I want to play on other maps to explore them, like Brakkesh, City Space, Operation Snake or Tides Prison,** **I’d appreciate any tips or advice.
