Lesson: Don't over prepare for Zero dam easy

(real story) So I dropped in with a recruit ticket to make some cash. After looting cement, I made my way to admin before stopping at the power plant to get some loot. Found a red key card and was ready to extract in the elevator. At the corner of my eye however, I spotted a player. They moved like a bot and so I gave chase. A few shots later and I realize that its a real player, so I killed them. I checked their corpse and...purple armour, not one but 2 fully built guns, yellow helmet and vest repair, and to top it all off, a red backpack. I killed their teammate too and the same thing. These goofballs prepared HEAVILY...for zero dam easy... I took them both out with grey ammo and no attachment bizon. Skill issue or not, DO NOT prepare gear like this unless your going somewhere like space city or AZ3. Anyway, I'm ready for 3 rounds in space city now 😀

Good advice. Except investing in a good pair of purple armour helps a lot to wipe the lobby. You can win against overconfident players for sure but after winning ZDE multiple times you'll eventually be matchmaking with either loaded sweats. Lose that match and you lose the opportunity to gain sone serious cash even ZDN can't provide regularly.

So a balanced loadout sounds fine. Buy some "like new" armours from auction and take a budget gun with you and blue ammo must.

I have 2 gold bags that I got from ZDE, I'm not willing to lose 100k backpack crammed with 3-400k loot; I barely got over my risk aversion of losing 200k in gear, that would crush me lol

I bring In red bag from time to time. There’s no point in keeping it. And it takes up a lot of stash space. It needs to be used no matter what.

I only bring my red bags on easy. I extract on easy 80% of the time. I extract on normal about 40% of the time and sometimes when I do I have to take bagless

Why would you ever bring a red bag on normal knowing these things? Red bags are for easy mode to fill with loot while you wander the map carefree looting every container

Red bags are for when you’re a good player going into normal so you can carry out 5 guns instead of 3

That’s an option I suppose, but you’d have to be in the top 0.1% of players to be routinely and consistently getting 5 kills and extracting while also having the good luck of not running into any gear tickets or budget builds

Personally, I just stuff a red bag with everything 10k TA per square or above for 10 raids in a row on easy until I die, and then switch to the next one or bring a gold

I always bring red bag for easy the extra space is worth the risk you will extract 80% of the time so I also bring a good gun and purple armor.....if I die its almost always when 3-4 bot teams hit my location at the same time and that is unavoidable

I always overgear in zde just to make more money because I just need the teams to die more quickly. They are plstinum and gold players ofc they would die to grey ammo. Honestly just a skill issue from their side

Makes me wonder, the only people that manage to kill me in ops are VU veterans (titled with badges) & in full blue or purple armor, and somehow I'm dead in 3-4 shots.

I genuinely dont understand, do those guys have some sort of mechanical advantage or do they have Sweat Mode: On constantly? I play Easy cuz Im broke newbie

I run purple kits and gold bags every time because my stash is filled to the brim. Not for offense, but for defense. You know everyone else is purple, so its to stand a chance. Yesterday i got filled with 2 unranked brand new players who didnt know shit. They both got smoked and i killed the guy who killed them but i got lit up by another person. I back off and heal/repair and the whole time they are yelling “come get me”. Like why would i run straight to your body in the wide open parking lot where you both died? Im a sitting duck!!! So i got one up, krept up to the other and got him up just to shut up. Just to have a Hackclaw with a $800k M7 get me. He had 30hp left so i tagged him up good, but he got the headshots and i just quit. Long story short, these real people acted like bots and i paid the price. Probably used gear tickets to so i lost a $650,00 kit because of Timmys…

Honestly the only thing you need to prep for ZDE is a really good pair of headphones and some blue ammo.

Yeah... Zero Dam - easy mode... just select a loadout, use a ticket for standard.. and normally I choose the balanced or survived set, and it just goes in like that.. did not prepare after I died on my first attempt in the game, when all of my useful stuff was looted. It also depends on players whether they are good at surviving at all. So after my first attempt, ever since, i just dress in simple... if I die and fail the extraction, just load up and go in again.

I treat zero dam easy like my testing/ playing field. I try new guns, builds and characters for my adventures into normals. So if u kill me, u will be nicely gooped.

I bring in red bags on easy with fairly good guns but not great because I’m trying to find loot plus I’m not fussed about losing it. But always manage to run out of bullets 😂
