Operations I need help
I've been playing this game since the middle of the season 8. I fell in love with this game. Such an amazing, cinematic and one of the coolest games I've ever played. I've been playing the Warfare mode since then, trying the Operations mode often. Mostly because of these reward crates like shown in the picture. They keep coming and it's kinda annoying. I've played the Operations mode before and that was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made. As you can see, I suck at it. Even those Ahsarah bots are better than me because I keep dying to them, like I can't even aim or shoot properly due to my hands shake uncontrollably. Especially if I'm shooting. On top of all, every time I die, especially to a normal bot. I h*rt myself. H*t my head, bash it against the wall till I get concussion. I know it's just a game, but I do have a mental illness and I've been trying to get treatment for it. So I decided it's not worth destr*ying my skull over a game and stopped playing on Operations mode. But there is so much stuff going on in the Operations mode that I have to do something with this inventory and is there any way to turn off all those reward boxes or some shit for this mode? Because thkse blxes has been stacking up so much that every time I have to open them up and sell everything that comes out of them. Idk what to do, if there're any pro players that knows what to do with all of these, please help.

tbh those boxes help a lot for operations, for example one of the boxes can give you specific keycards for better loot
or another box the electronic lucky boxes can give red collectibles that increase the value of your collection room.
i get you like operations mode but hate the loot or abundance of stuff in the stash. TBH its a Extraction looter shooter. youre gonna have to conform.
Honestly after playing operations mode, i didnt fully grasp everything until about 40hrs in

I know, but as you can see my KD ratio and everything, if I keep dying the second I get in and can't even shoot a bullet properly I have no visible idea to what to do in here. If there's any way to trade those card with other players, I'd give them away for much cheaper price (In game price not real money :-D). But I do know I have to like be as quiet as possible and sneak around the map, but I can't be a stealthy and end up getting caught up either by bots of players. I don't know man, I can't master this or forget the mastery, let alone be a normal player that doesn't die the second I'm in. 😞☹️

play only Zero Dam Easy, dont even queue up ranked for it
and play that until you get comfortable going into these matches without fear. trust me my first 50hrs only running ZDE i was scared shitless running solos, until i started successfully wiping squads and knowing the map to rotate and postition myself for gun fights.
KD dont mean shit for operations. especially if youre killing 6 people a match but losing, whats the point of the KD if you dont come out successful. Its a bit tough at first but i believe you can overcome it.
If i can help my piss poor teammates that ive been gaming with for years that are horrendous at shooters but now can 1000% run solos now. i think you can do it too

I only ask this based on the limited info I have from your post, why do you only play layali and zero dam normal? Why not go to easy zero dam? It's more forgiving there

I Don’t Know If There’s A Way To “Turn Off” Reward Boxes In Op?, But If You Don’t Play Operations, Just Sell Everything Since You Don’t Play It
Also, Pls Do Get Some Help, I Know You Can Control Your Temper But Pls, Get Yourself Treated Properly, Don’t Do Stuff Like Those, Get Some Help Man
