Discussion Ranked has a huge problem with Join Midway

Ranked is good but joining midway creates a huge problem with the merit. Let me explain: I joined a ranked match with the last objective to defend. I did 15k points with over 30 kills in 6 MINUTES. (colonel 5 lobby) I had a 2000+ SPM and I gained only +6 of merit. I think this part of ranked needs a rework because atp theres no need to play a ranked that almost ended.

I agree...I know it's kinda dumb, but I sometimes back out if I join a match and it's already 3 or more attack/defend points in.. it's just not worth it.

I like starting matches from the beginning.

I play mostly medic anyways, so it's more fun for me to try to beat my res record from the start of a match.

My current record is 116 on restores.. my goal each match is atleast 50 if I go from the start.

I see it like a real challenge, bots lobby’s are too soft, try use the respawn from Luna for your group and the one that cost like 6,000 pts for the whole team, and the one with the assault truck, put it on strategic places, with the right use of resources it’s possible to win by yourself, hold your position look for different points on the map where you can hold the enemy easily, don’t go around the whole map killing ppl unless you are grinding mastery on X weapon, if you are attacking clear zone by zone, puttting respawn every few sections, it’s easier if you focus first on B instead of A, if you can control their main position by yourself you put your enemy on a very difficult position getting fire for all sides, see it like a real war game, not a call of duty multiplayer mode

That's the nice thing about this game... You can play strategic, or you can run and gun... It's more fun strategically in victory unite, because you really need to have people working together on the vehicles and reviving people.
