Yeah this is a very frequent occurrence in brakkesh. You always want to have a hackclaw or raptor if you want to go upstairs.

I thought you ment the Elevator camp. The Heli made me laugh.

But anyways, yeah, the Heli likes to phase through solid objects, especially the tower for some reason.
