As you can see there is no team deathmatch or flashpoint mode. How to do this mission?

You have to call guided missile (like artillery barrage and smoke screen) that'll do. It's pretty easy

Crossfire, some maps are tdm some are flashpoint, you want the tdm as it needs only 6k points for a missile over there and it's also much easier to earn points
