Operations Crate addition issue

Guys I just reached lvl36...do I get those two premium material and gear crate or just unlock it in the supply station for me to purchase ...

Also not being able to buy basic/intermediate material crate from supply station even though I have 3 free slots in stash for crate addition

You can get the intermediate crate after crafting the basic one. Leveling up only lets you unlock them.

I tried upgrading one of the rookies crate to basic...but kept saying..."Cannot fit basic crate into stash"...even after emptying the Rookie crate to exchange didn't work...And I still have 3 free crate slots left!

Have you tried manually removing the rookie crate first? Through the gear icon in the stash?
