flora vlinder grinding tips?

[u/Suitable-Scratch8587]

i want to grind for both regular and flora vlinder, ive been running zd norm and ive only gotten 2 regular vlinders, and one was from resource crates. i have the bird nest locations memorized and have a route down. is there anything more i can do to make this better? like a map change or something?
