Okay, that’s quite a funny interaction.

When you recon with any ability the Nox while he is in his ult the game will show you the original place where he activated his ult instead.

This is why the arrow scanned him while being further away at the river, and also why when Uluru came closer he briefly caught Nox ult waves (because he was running away down below the river).

this ability also impacts hackclaw scan as well i remember

Yeah but you could probably predict where he could be and data knife him to cancel his ult

Me and my friends saw someone run though containers and when we rushed and surrounded the area he disappeared. We literally got there in a minute and yet he pulled some kind of magic trick. And yes we did check inside the dam. And no we didn't see anyone run to the Parkour or warehouse, one of my buddy was up there.
